- We will take care of preparing the property to be rented, screening prospective tenants, conducting pre-move in inspections and getting the new tenants settled.

- We will take care of receiving security deposits, rent payments and making sure you receive your payments on time. 

- We conduct move-in, annual inspections and exit inspection on your property and send you copies using an application called Inspect & Cloud. 

- We handle the maintenance so that you do not have to; while keeping you informed throughout the process, so that you are not caught off guard by a high maintenance bill over $400. We DO NOT upcharge you for maintenance done on your property. What the contractor charges you is exactly what you pay. Any maintenance needed on your property over $400 comes to you for approval unless it is an emergency. 

- We use DoorLoop as our property management platform. I recommend checking it out if you would like to get an idea of how easy it is to access and read reports When you login to DoorLoop as an owner, you can see everything that is going on with your properties to include, any vacancies, rent payment status and pending maintenance.
